Welcome to Scottsdale Viking Repair. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any service appointments.
1. Services Overview
Scottsdale Viking Repair provides professional repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for high-end and luxury kitchen appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, dishwashers, wine coolers, and ice makers.
We service brands including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, Dacor, La Cornue, Liebherr, Bosch, Jenn-Air, and Monogram, among others.
2. Independent Service Provider
Scottsdale Viking Repair is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Viking Range Corporation, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
3. Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone or through our online booking system. Appointment times are estimates and may vary depending on prior service calls and traffic conditions.
Access to Property
You agree to provide our technicians with reasonable access to your property and the appliance(s) requiring service. You must ensure that the area around the appliance is clear and accessible. An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the entire service visit.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or absence at the scheduled time may result in a service call fee.
4. Pricing and Payment
Diagnostic Fee
A diagnostic fee is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's time to inspect and diagnose the appliance issue. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total repair cost.
Estimates
After diagnosis, our technician will provide a written estimate for the recommended repair. You are under no obligation to proceed with the repair. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of diagnosis.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment plans may be available for larger repairs.
5. Parts and Warranty
Parts
We use factory-certified replacement parts and OEM-equivalent components to ensure quality repairs.
Warranty Coverage
- Parts Warranty: All parts installed by our technicians are covered for one (1) year against manufacturer defects.
- Labor Warranty: Our workmanship is guaranteed for ninety (90) days. If the same repair fails due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no additional labor cost.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
- Repairs or modifications made by others after our service
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage from power surges, floods, fires, or other external events
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scottsdale Viking Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services
- Any unauthorized access to your personal information
- Statements or conduct of any third party
- Food spoilage or other consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Property and Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions. We carry liability insurance for our work. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Service Availability
Service availability may vary by location. Same-day service subject to technician availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, hostile environments, or appliances that cannot be safely repaired.
9. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate information, we make no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information.
You agree not to:
- Use our website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
10. Intellectual Property
